We currently ship Australia-wide.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that dispatch times are separate from delivery times. While we aim to send orders as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are determined by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Selecting express shipping prioritises your order in the postal network after dispatch, but does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery, especially in rural areas or during peak periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor its progress.

During busy periods, sales, or public holidays, there may be slight delays in both dispatch and delivery times.
